“a taste of Burma in San Francisco”
Sharing borders with India, China, Laos and Thailand, Burmese cuisine is inevitably influenced by the spices, seasonings, ingredients, and cooking styles of its neighbors. Yet it is the way that these ingredients are combined which make Burmese dishes unique. We’ve brought our favorite recipes and prepared them as we would back home. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy sharing a part of our culture with you.
A must-eat destination in SF but prepare for a wait. They don't take reservations. You can leave your phone number and have a drink at one of the nearby bars. Definitely get the tea leaf salad and rainbow salad.
