If you want an authentic SF experience, this is your hotel. It's a turn-of-the-century Edwardian-inspired building in Pacific Heights. The boutique hotel is about a ten minute walk to Japantown, and Fillmore District, and a little over a mile to Union Square. The rooms are traditionally furnished. TIP: Request a room that has a clawfoot bathtub. There's free wifi, an onsite restaurant and coffee in the lobby.
