The Cowboy Star menu features the finest in select natural products from the nation’s leading Certified Humane Angus herd. Dining out for me has always been an escape, a few hours when I could forget about the events and demands of the day. When I began thinking about developing a restaurant concept, I knew it had to be an all-encompassing experience that would transport our guests. As I considered different ideas, I kept going back to the feeling I had as a kid watching old black & white westerns on Saturday morning. They would come on after cartoons and even though I may not have understood them completely, the simplicity of being able to ride your horse in any direction or knowing who was a good guy and who was a bad guy by the hat they wore, resonated with me. As an addition to the East Village neighborhood of San Diego, Cowboy Star is dedicated to providing an unmatched attention to detail and a level of service that immediately set us apart. Cowboy Star guests are the number one priority, and guest satisfaction is the foundation upon which our entire concept is built. Cowboy Star is the first restaurant in San Diego’s East Village to serve up a unique dining experience by combining contemporary American cuisine with a western flare.
