Tough place to talk about because part of me loves some of the animals and shows you get to see, but it's hard to see some of the animals, especially the whales, in such captivity. I completely support their rescue efforts, but wish they'd stop the Orca shows so I could feel better about visiting.
If you like seeing tortured animals taken out of their natural habitat this is the place to go! In all seriousness, please do not encourage the enslavement of wild animals... What they do is terrible... Trust me, I'm a former orca trainer and you do not want to be a part of this
Lots of shows, rides, food, and big play areas for kids. I'd say this is a straight-up kid place though. It's sad watching the animals in captivity. It's also pretty pricey.
Had a great day with the family. Restrooms were nice and clean, Moma Stellas was WAY over priced but wasn't horrible. Get the refill cup its worth it if you are staying all day.
Great place to take the kids. Lots of things to do, riding rides, playing at a huge play area, and watching animals. There are even games to play and lots of places to eat.
The others are giving personal opinions/complaining only about the captive animals and not about the park as a whole. If you don't like going to and supporting a place that has captive animals then don't visit SeaWorld.
I'm looking at the place as somewhere to take the kids where they will be able to have fun. I rode rides with my kids, we got to touch several animals, and we plan to go back again to see more of the park. Plan to get a multi-day pass as you cannot see everything in one day.
