Toyota Field is a soccer-specific multipurpose stadium in San Antonio, Texas, USA. The stadium opened on April 13, 2013, and is the home of the San Antonio Scorpions, who play in the North American Soccer League. The stadium will have an initial capacity of 8,000 for soccer matches and 14,000 for concerts and festivals. With MLS intentions, this stadium is expandable to 18,000 as demand increases. The stadium is located next to Heroes Stadium (a high school football stadium that was the previous home to the San Antonio Scorpions) and across the street from South Texas Regional Soccer Complex and Morgan's Wonderland.
