Hotel 340

The hotel 340 is a full service boutique hotel located in downtown Saint Paul. The hotel’s 37 rooms and suites are located on floors 10 and 11 of the Saint Paul Athletic Club building (also known as the University Club of Saint Paul’s downtown clubhouse). Twenty more rooms will be added on the 12th floor in 2014. The historic building, built in 1917, is a magnificent, landmark building with public areas designed in the English renaissance tradition. The hotel is located in the central business district of downtown Saint Paul and it is within a few blocks of many restaurants, bars, and entertainment options, and it is only three blocks from historic Rice Park. In addition to the hotel the building presently houses: The University Club of Saint Paul’s downtown ballroom, banquet and meeting rooms. The Saint Paul Athletic Club: a 68,000 square foot state of the art fitness and wellness center that is available for hotel guests to use for a fee of $10 per guest per 24 hours.
