Shabu Japanese Fondue

We first opened our doors in the winter of 2009. The first of our kind in Midtown Sacramento, we provide traditional Japanese-style hot pot, serving only the finest ingredients, quality meat, fresh seafood, and vegetables. Our broths and sauces are house-made and made daily. Because of our Midtown location, we're in close proximity to local markets, which provide access to fresh ingredients daily. Shabu Japanese Fondue is a place for simplicity. Good food, good sake, and good service. Shabu-shabu is meant to be eaten slowly, allowing friends and family to get together to cook together.
