“serving up authentic German specialties”
Hillside Stables Restaurant was founded by Carol and Volker Nass in 2000. Purchased in 2012 by Angela Giannetti-Snyder, the restaurant serves authentic German specialties and American favorites in a casual, friendly, old-world atmosphere. Our menu offers a large selection of hand-cut, char-broiled steaks, fish and seafood - deep-fried or grilled with our own house marinade, a variety of "schnitzels", juicy marinated grill pork steaks, zesty German sausages, our signature chicken and duck, and much more. Some of our most popular items are the homemade German potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage, and soups. We also have a light menu for adults and many items that your children will love. Full bar, including German beer on tap. Our banquet room seats 40+ and offers the perfect setting for receptions, parties, and meetings.
