Established in 1968... Rufus Tavern was purchased by the Robert P. Baunach Family In 1968 and has grown to be one of the greatest places on the Columbia River to eat. Now known as Bob's Texas T-Bone. Bob's Texas T-Bone is 3rd Generation, Family Owned and Operated. All our Steaks are choice grade and cut here on premise, our burger is fresh ground and made daily. Bob's Texas T-Bone is well known for the 18-24 oz chuck steak we call the (Texas T-Bone) or (Truckers Spec.) also slow roasted Prime Rib every weekend!
