We are a breakfast restaurant in Rock Hill, SC. We want to focus on breakfast as to give our guest the best experience. We will source many products regionally with a goal to source all products locally in the coming years. We are family owned and operated and can't wait to serve you breakfast. We currently use farm fresh eggs, Aunt Rachel's sausage, and Wild turkey farms Chorizo! In 2012, Chef Greg Collier and his wife, Subrina, decided they wanted to move back to the South and they both felt that the Charlotte, NC and Rock Hill, SC would be a perfect location for a diner such as theirs. After much searching, they found a location on Mt. Gallant in Rock Hill which would suit their needs as it had previously been a diner for over twenty years.Their wish was to make their new diner a special place focused on local food resources but with a touch of contemporary flare. They both feel that they have achieved this goal.At The Yolk, we want everyone to feel like it is their home and be treated to the best food and service every time they walk through the door.
One of the best gems of Rock Hill. Greg and Sabrina, the owners, bring a warm friendly energy to the place. Greg 's chessy grits will put a hurtin on ya. My favorite is the Forget A bout it sandwich. The grapefruit brûlée is amazing as well as his infused fruit bowl. So glad I live here and can go anytime because once would not be enough !
