Newer well maintained and managed RV park. Out of town by airport, served by convient hourly shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic centers and hospitals. Some sites are wooded, most have new plantings. Many pull through sites, most are back-in sites. Full service sites with 30-50 amp service. Clean showers and laundry. Internet and good cell service.

Close to major highway so there is road noise. Fortunately the airport is not that busy commercially, but can be noisy when larger jets come and go several times a day. You sometimes see recognizable corporate aircraft or jets from Royal families. Rochester is a major world renown medical hub.

The Park caters to Mayo clients and patients. They are understanding about late departures because of appointments, the sudden need to stay longer and sometimes for extended stays due to treatment protocol. Hosts and management are most courteous and helpful.

We only stayed for a few nights while passing through the area. The campground is clean and the host was friendly, but there's not much to differentiate it from many other RV Parks we've been to. There are two sections, the old "deluxe" section with paved road and some treed sites, and the new "standard" section with gravel road and no trees. Having not been there before to see the difference, we paid extra for a deluxe site but there was nothing "deluxe" about it. Fairly narrow, no trees, and the small grassy lot we did have was steeply sloped so it was not really usable. We felt that the "standard" (and less expensive) sites were larger than our "deluxe" site. The WiFi worked pretty well most of the time, but we did have problems occasionally. AT&T and Verizon both worked fine. The park is very dog friendly, with plenty of room to walk dogs inside the park, as well as nearby neighborhoods for extended walks. There's a large grassy field in the back of the park with a small pond... we walked our dogs there once but we ended up with lots of mosquito bites so we didn't return to that area. It's only a few miles to town, making shopping and other errands simple. We'd stay here again if passing through town, but it's not someplace we'd likely choose for an extended stay.

I don’t understand all the glowing reviews. The staff was efficient but not what I would call friendly. The traffic noise from 63 is constant. It is a tight entrance due to the irregular placement of a sign that you have to squeeze by. I don't know how you would get into sites 13 or 14 if towing as it is too tight a turn from entrance. The site is white gravel with two concrete pads. We had to put the front tires of the MH off the pads to get the toad in the site, and we still barely fit. Pulled up as far as we were, we just reached the electric by a hair. There are a lot of trees which they keep trimmed in the interior roads. We had branches in our site that touched up against the DS slide. We had to ask the person across from us to move their car so we could leave – they were parked horizontal almost in the road. The WII FI was unusable. We were able to get Direct satellite in our site. We would not stay here again.

The park was well-tended and the staff was friendly. They understand that patients at the Mayo Clinic cannot predict how long they will stay and they did not demand a leave day in advance. We did not use the laundry, so we cannot speak to that. The water was not turned on because there were still freezing temperatures, and they arranged access for people to fill their tanks. It’s not far from the highway, but the noise did not bother us.

We stayed here August/September 2021 and were so thankful this RV Park caters to Mayo Clinic Patients and their families. We did not know how long we would be there and the park attendants were very accommodating and did not press for a leave date. There are no camp fires allowed, quiet time is a lot earlier than most RV parks. Yes you can hear highway noise, but it's basically background white noise. I am going back to Mayo next week and we are staying here again and would highly recommend to other Mayo patients as well.

We stayed overnight so my review is limited (I did not see the shower/restroom facility). The site was clean, quiet (even with the airport close by) and somewhat wooded. We had a peaceful stay and I would highly recommend it. The price is great compared to other sites we have been to.

Nice campground Well laid out. Easy in and out. We were there in a 30 ft fifth wheel, had room to spare. Prices range between 45 dollars, 30 amp service, full hook ups. 48 for full hook ups with 50amp. Pull thru is $50. Highway 63 was loud all night.

Nice grassy sites. Easy to pull in and out for bigger rigs. Great dog area, though not fenced in.
