Some long-term campers here but was quiet at night and seemed pretty safe despite surrounding neighborhood being a bit sketch. Nice people easy to work with. Stayed here due to convention at casino across the street. Would stay here again no problem

Its a bit difficult to spot from the street, the sign ought to be closer further out. We arrived right before the office closed and it was snowing like crazy. the lady that checked us in shortchanged us by about 15 bucks, but the person that worked the next morning reimbursed us without a fuss. The sites are back-in only, and pretty tight if you have a car to park too. The sewer hookup was more than 15 ft from the connection on my 30 ft rig, my connection is in the 2nd to last cabinet on bottom and my 15 ft hose fell short by about 10 ft. There was some old hose sitting nearby, but no adapters nearby to fit it. So that was slightly annoying to wrestle with in the snow, but not their fault, just a gripe. The wifi was reasonably fast and they have laundry and showers available. passcode needed to get into the restrooms, but i'm not telling! The restrooms are pretty dated but functional and not filthy. Good location if you're looking for something in the city.

I thought the GS ratings meant something but evidently not. The park looks like long term residence and run down. Restrooms and showers are AWEFUL! dirty, water on the floor, just plain nasty. Front office was not friendly or helpful, she couldn't even look me in the eyes and wore no mask (but i did). GS needs to reevaluate this property. I'm stuck here for 3 nights. YUCK!
Park was hard to find and hard to negotiate the 5th wheel in traffic. the spaces are average mostly, enough room to park truck next to rv. Sewer too far back and had to add 10'.

We were looking for a place to park while we found parts for a repair. It was convenient and not too expensive. Mainly retired year round folks or disability. Seem to be nice folks.Reasonably clean. Tidy place. Fenced and gated. Good laundry. RV Parky said pool but I could not find one. Be sure you have enough sewer pipe to reach a foot behind your rear bumper where the dump fitting is. 50a. Blacktop surface. There is a vast list of rules. I had to think that every rule meant that someone tried that. You may not work on any vehicle in any way.

So let’s just be clear here. This place is a parking lot. Drive in through a gate (You have to call them for them to open the gate) - park in a small parking lot that has hookups - it’s one center road through this parking lot -out the exit on the other end also gated. Upside is its gated - and considering the crap part of town this is in, we were grateful for the gates. This is not where you want to bring kids and dogs and any person what wants a camping experience. This is ‘in town’ - in a parking lot. That is the extent of this place. Zero glamour or nature or anything I ever want to do again. If you MUST stay here - it’s either that its on the way to somewhere else and you need to sleep - or you’ve gambled your life away and all you can afford is to park in this shithole til you win your house back.
