The Museum had already been on AutoWeek’s list of the “Sixteen Best” automobile museums in the world. In addition, when the Museum opened in 1989, it was reported to have set the standard for auto museums worldwide with its extensive collection and innovative design.Along with our nearly two million visitors, we invite you to explore our collection of more than 200 exceptional vehicles.

Great cars, great story and traffic presentation. Can't help feeling sad that this is only a fraction of the original collection. Specializing in special interest and one of a kind vehicles.

Great displays and information on special cars. Many one of a kind and rare vehicles from manufacturers with short lives.

Since you're on a road trip, it's only appropriate that you stop by one of the most comprehensive car museums in the country. Even if you aren't into cars, it's worth it to see the vehicles owned by Frank Sinatra, JFK, James Dean, Elvis, and more, or the cars from Titanic (yes, THAT car) and Rebel Without a Cause-- although their collection of rare and expensive cars and exhibits on all kinds of car-related events are awesome as well.

Really cool cars from late 1800s to 1950s. A few after that but not many. Worth a stop. $10 for adults and $4 for children. Boys loved the gold DeLorean. Parking is free for the museum.
