I'm old and my visits to the hotel were a long time ago but....Could it be competition that has maligned this place ? I saw nothing of the sort in bedbugs or cockroaches or vomit on the floor as some profess (in the google reviews). Also there was hot water and plenty of parking, but the best thing I remember is the awesome young mormon couple that ran the place. Unless somebody spoofed this motel on google, I'm really surprised that it is being reported as permanently closed down.
