What happens when you take Cajun and Creole-inspired cuisine and serve it in appetizer-sized portions that are all the rage? Well, our answer is Tapalaya.

This marriage of tapas and New Orleans cuisine brings to Portland the Louisiana city's French, Spanish, Caribbean and African influenced food. It's our take on dishes like jambalaya, gumbo and crawfish etoufée.
