One of the first craft breweries in the city, Portland Brewing brewed its first beer in 1986. Though it went by a different name for a while, it’s gone back to its roots today (but don’t worry, it still offers the iconic MacTarnahan’s Amber Ale!).  With more than 12 beers on draft including our year-round, seasonal and taproom exclusive styles, you'll find just the brew to match your mood. The Portland Brewing Company Taproom is just a few miles from downtown Portland in the industrial NW where there is plenty of parking. This space is both a brewery and a gathering place that's become a Rose City landmark.
