“Enjoy the museum on your own, or set up a free guided tour”
Located downtown near city hall, The Wells Fargo History Museum highlights the venerable company's rich history in Oregon. Enjoy an original stagecoach built in 1854, and a "stagecoach ride" experience. Send a telegram, and discover how Wells Fargo connected Oregon's communities in the 19th century. The museum offers school groups a hands-on experience through education programs and exhibits that address the Common Core Standards. Scouts can earn the limited edition Wells Fargo fun patch by participating in an activity that features a then vs. now approach to teach financial literacy. These programs are free but reservations are required. The museum store features a variety of Wells Fargo branded gifts, collectibles and apparel. Guided tours are available with advance reservations and admission is always free.
