Please notify the property in advance of any late arrivals. Office hours are Sunday- Thursday from 8:00 - 17:00 and Friday - Saturday from 8:00 - 19:00. Guests must sign registration forms at the office. Guests must be 18 years of age to check in. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1700 Padre Boulevard, 78597 South Padre Island, TX. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This beachfront property offers self-accommodating condominiums on South Padre Island. Each apartment comes complete with a full kitchen. A cable TV is included with each air-conditioned condominium.
