Lydia's Loft is a circa 1890's building that has been renovated from its original use as retail store to a beautiful 1600 square foot loft apartment.  It features a second story view of the beautiful and historic downtown Pontiac IL.  Entering Lydia’s Loft from the street level entrance located just behind the Route 66 Museum you will climb two stories into complete privacy and solitude.  The first welcome you will receive will be from the warm, all brick interior followed closely by the wonderful original hardwood floors.  When you book your stay with Lydia’s Loft you receive more than a hotel room, more than a motel room and more than a bed & breakfast stay.  You are booking privacy, you are booking space, you are booking your own loft apartment! The loft comes complete with all you need to enjoy a private retreat in a beautiful turn of the century setting. Perhaps you are enjoying one of the many street festivals which take place on the square just beneath your windows. Lydia's Loft's large and open floor plan provides a wonderful working space for a corporate off site or for business clients in town for the week. Your stay includes 1600 square feet of space, complete with two bedrooms; one king size bedroom and one queen size bedroom.  You have two twin sofa sleepers also with which to accommodate your entire family.  The living room is open to the kitchen.  In the kitchen you‘ll find a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven and range and a dishwasher.   All the cook ware and place settings you need are all right there for your use.  So while in Pontiac you can enjoy one of the many fine restaurants available or you may decide to dine in; with Lydia’s Loft the choice is yours.  You will also find a large bathroom complete with a washer and dryer and all you will need to use it.  There is a crib on site also.  Satellite television and free Wi-Fi are waiting for you as well, with Lydia’s Loft you will truly find this to be your home away from home, enjoy.
