“open kitchen and communal tables”
Salt of the Earth was created with the goal of providing an exceptional dining experience without the unnecessary pretense of conventional fine dining. The Salt team had two initial driving ideas: an open kitchen and communal tables. The design of the restaurant evolved from there. The result is a warm and inviting main dining room which provides the perfect balance to the buzz of focused activity in the kitchen. Originally built as a Harley Davidson showroom around 1910, the building had fallen into disrepair. Cruze Architects restored the facade, returning it to it’s former glory, and transformed the interior into a modern restaurant using a rich palate of materials. Executive Chef, Brandon Fisher, builds a seasonal menu around locally sourced ingredients. Weekly iterations develop to take advantage of products procured in their prime from the local sources listed below. At the bar a carefully curated list of wines and draft beers are available, and our awesome bartenders design craft cocktails to compliment the seasonal food.
