Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on July 19, 2022Our intention was to dry camp at North Beach campground, but the reservation system was not working, so we took our chances and it was full. So, keeping price in mind, 48$ for full hookups isn’t bad for this area. Super nice people, clean bathroom and laundry facilities. Even a pool and a hot tub! My only complaint is that space is at a premium. The beach is a short walk away, and the town is too. Although I would have preferred to camp at North Beach, this worked out fine. I rated 4 stars for noise because I could hear the highway at night (a little).

The staff was great. After checking in, they will escort you to your site and help back up in. The sites are tight. Place is clean. Heated pool, hot tub, large club room, and updated laundry area. The beach is right across the street. Down town Pismo is less that a half a mile away. easy walking distance.

We were driving all weekend. Hoping to boondock. We needed to have cell service due to the nature of my husbands job. We arrived late afternoon. We were tired from driving and siteseeing. We simply wanted a quick place to hook up, soak in a nice hot tub, shower and catch a good night of rest.
The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The button to make it bubble was a bit tricky-
You need to be patient push the button and wait a min, or you end up turning it back off. The soak was exactly what we needed. After that a walk to the middle of the park to take a shower. The shower shower are clean. The water was hot and satisfying. I returned to my RV clean and ready to watch a movie and sleep. Woke up the next day walked the dog and joined the Labor Day mass exodus. Thankfully most the larger rigs left earlier. We mentioned we were veterans and got a military discount. Very nice of them to throw that in. I would come back, wish I could have arrived earlier and had time to explore on foot the area. Will be back again.

Nothing fancy. Sites are small. But you’re walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo.

This is a sardine park. Not only on either side, but also front and back. Felt like we were staying in the city. Really close to beach and downtown Pismo Beach. Only 20 min to SLO. Great location, but park is like a parking lot. Your neighbors sewer drain will be next to your picnic table.
Dog runs are laughably small and stinky. Pool and showers were under construction when we were there, the temporary showers were gross. Hair, mold, must. All around icky.
Great location, not so great everything else.

Upon arrival, the staff is super nice and professional. That’s where this story ends. The spots are tighter then anything I’ve ever seen. They offer a Hi low to park you cause I assume most vehicles can not get the trailer In or out of the spots with out it. Most units are less then a couple feet of touching each other once parked. This place would be okay if they widen spots even 5-6 feet to be usable and cut out a few spots. It was so bad when we arrived even with a hi low and only having a 30 foot trailer, it was so tight we decided to leave and found another place to stay last minute. While doing this, a vehicle backed out of there space and hit a 5th wheel trailer due to not being able to back out without a multi turn turn. That was our final decision To leave. Otherwise the pool seemed like it would be okay and the other features. We did not stay long enough to find out. Location is good.

Don’t waste your time here, aside from the often overbearing stench of sewage, this is a basic trailer park with no hospitality at all. The spaces are sardine tight and I can’t believe they are charging what they do. They definitely do not value travelers and campers though seem to enjoy ripping them off at 100 a night. It is not a “Holiday” whatsoever at this place, despite its name. Go elsewhere.
