Site 11 was pretty cramped and unlevel. Rest of the place looked great! Best shower house ive ever seen in a campground!

My first site was horrible, like almost falling off a cliff in the back of the RV. I complained and got a concrete site for the same price. The gravel site I was first given was so unlevel and to get from the road to the site was such a huge dip that I thought I broke sometime or scraped my RV (didn't) getting into it.
The location was great for both Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge and was very quite all day and night. I used the laundry, took quarters, and was clean. The bathrooms were ok but cold for the current weather (November).
The staff was helpful and you could get discount tickets to Dollywood if desired.

I can't believe how many campgrounds require 2-night minimum stays now. How frustrating when you are traveling.

It is my understanding that this RV park is recently renovated. It was beautifully clean, landscaped and manicured. The attendants were friendly as well. The sites were back-in (be mindful of that if you have trouble backing in). Being in a Class C RV we enjoyed and utilized the trolley stop out front every day. We did have trouble with the trolley running on time or regularly because of traffic, but the trolley drivers were very hospitable. My kids enjoyed the basketball court and playground. Bathrooms were clean but we noticed that the hot water was limited to about 3 showers. However, our water and electricity to the RV were great. Laundry room was nice as well ($1.50/wash and $1.50/dry).
