“Rocky's home”
please be respectful – this is an actual residence. A two story row-townhouse in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. It was seen worldwide in the 1976 film "Rocky" and 1979 film sequel "Rocky II" as the small apartment of the stories' protagonist Rocky Balboa. The apartment, which still looks like it did in the two films with the exception of a new front door and different hand railing, is owned by the same individual that rented it to the film company back in 1976 for $50, and again in 1979 for $500. The apartment remains very true to its 70’s look.
No no no. DONT GO THERE. Full of crackheads and homeless ppl. Not a safe area!!!!
