Not that scary, the uneven floor is the scariest part. This photo is from Terror Behind the Walls which is exponentially superior.

This photo is from Eastern State Penitentiary's Terror Behind the Walls, which I would recommend in the Fairmount/Spring Garden area of Philly. These guys at Fright Factory obviously think so too!
