Guests will board a special Mural Arts trolley to enjoy over 35 murals, with at least one opportunity to get off the vehicle to enjoy a mural up-close. A professionally trained guide will give an insider’s view of the murals, as well as the artistic processes and colorful community histories that each finished mural embodies. Along the way, guests will also learn about how the murals complement their environment and the 30-year history of the Mural Arts Program. A variety of tour routes are offered throughout the season, including, but not limited to: Masterpieces East & West, Reimagined Landscapes, and Center City. Tours depart from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) 128 N. Broad Street Hamilton Building, Front Lobby.

A great way to see dozens of murals across the city. The tours are offered seasonally so be sure to call to ask when they're available. Also, it's a bit pricey, running around $30/person. With that said the mural program has been going on in Philadelphia for over 30 years, and this is a wonderful opportunity to see how much art has taken over Philadelphia.
