Co-owner Joan Gardiner, retired design engineer , is known to many in and around Petersburg for her passion and efforts to find buyers to restore the city's early homes. Joan has a flair for giving old and unusual pieces a new life through her unique creations of furniture and garden elements for the home created using salvaged components from a host of sources. Custom made kitchen islands, dining tables, headboards and bathroom vanities are a few of the items she has designed and constructed using found components.
