1923 Georgian brick home . Built by Frank and Helen Prescott owner of the Peabody Hardware. Located in the historical town of Peabody, KS population 1200. Peabody is on National Register for Historical Preservation.The front door opens to a hall with a wide staircase to the second floor. The parlor on your left has a baby grand piano and fireplace with double french doors opening to the south veranda. A formal dining room, a large breakfast room, a sunny conference room on the southwest corner, and a kitchen complete the down stairs. Upstairs is a three room suite with Queen size bed. The king room can function as twin bed room. The third room is a single or with a trundle bed may also be used.
