Cancellations If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation please call us at least 3 three days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three 3 days notice shorten your stay or check out early please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your rooms a full or partial refund will be made. Rates Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in- 3.00 PM - 6.00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements. Check-out- 11.00 AM. No Smoking Absolutely No Smoking inside however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Pets No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet. Children Special situations allow for children please call to make arrangements. Gift Certificate Policies Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid drivers license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. With easy access to the excitement of Main Street the slopes of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort the Torchlight Inn is a wonderful centrally located property to stay while enjoying the area. From the West- Head East on I-80. Exit on 224 and head South into Park City. Follow the signs to Main Street. We are located at the roundabout next to Main Street. Parking From the South- Exit on 248 and drive West into Park City. Turn left at Bonanza Drive then left again onto Deer Valley Drive. We are located at the roundabout next to Main Street.
