Newby's Surf Shack is the newest surf shop in Panama City Beach, Florida. Catering to core surfers, Newby's Surf Shack offers custom surfboards at an amazing price.
Came to rent a couple kayaks about noon on Friday. I checked everywhere online saying the shack was open 9am-5pm. I came up to the front and no one was there, door was locked, and place looked like trash inside. Boards were everywhere on the floor and there were bikes lying down in the middle of the shop and trash just everywhere.
