The nicest bed and bed linen I came across on my travels but let down by non-functional wi-fi in the room. Was told it was a Saturday, and they were full, so access was not really possible. Not good enough in 2015 after paying $150 for a room. Was offered a measly $20 back. Can't really make headway on a road trip without wi-fi these days to book ahead etc. If the room is advertised as having wi-fi, it should bloody well work!
