The Sandhill Crossing Campground is located along the North Fork of the Sprague Wild and Scenic River in a Lodgepole Pine and Meadow Setting. Accommodations include five tent and trailer sites, picnic tables and fire grills, and drinking water – hand pump.Activities include stream fishing for stocked Rainbow trout and bird watching. The campground is not far from the Gearhart Wilderness trails. Please bring your own firewood, or gather nearby for camp use and be aware of mosquitos in early season. The site is popular in the fall as hunters’ camps.
