“Find your adventure—at Byrd's!”
As Arkansas' #1 off-road park, Byrd's Adventure Center offers exciting trails and play areas for your ATV, UTV, 4x4 and motorcycle. Surrounded by the Ozark National Forest, we provide an exclusive 800-acre campground and trail network along the beautiful Mulberry River. RV campsites are available with water and electric for $10 per person per night. Primitive campsites are $7 per person per night. Cabin rentals start at $80 per night. ATV and motorcycle passes are $5 per day for the first 2 days (free thereafter for consecutive camping days). 4x4 passes are $10 per day for the first 2 days (free thereafter for consecutive camping days). All guests have access to our large heated shower house, covered picnic areas, stages and well-stocked general store (no alcohol sales on Sunday). Pilots have use of our 2500-foot grass airstrip. In addition to great riding, we offer canoe, kayak, raft and tube rentals on the Mulberry River.
These people are so nice and helpful! Even offering cell phone numbers in case we got lost on our 4 wheeler trek up the mountain. We always stop by on our trips to the Mulberry River. Haven't had a chance to try the restaurant out yet but am looking forward to it.
We use them when we take our own kayaks to the river. Beautiful area!
Had a fun few hours messing around some of their 4x4 trails in our Jeep. Lot's and lot's of other Jeep people around, many of whom are very friendly and up for going out on some of the really tricky trails in pairs etc. Seems like they have a lot of events and gatherings here, apart from the trails and campsites there is also a big events area with a stage, plus a restaurant/bar and a shop. Love it.
We stopped for a play on their off road course, which was very entertaining! There is a really well stocked shop which sells beer and the staff were very helpful. Also worth noting the other users of the site were friendly, even offering rides around the site in their tricked out jeeps.
You can do pretty much anything here, it's insane. Check out some of these events they do: http://www.byrdsadventurecenter.com/event-calendar/year-at-a-glance.html. There is something going on every weekend, practically. They started as a music venue in the 80s.
