Gold Lake Campground is located approximately 28 miles east of Oakridge at an elevation of 4,800 feet. This campground has 25 sites with trailer space, fire rings and tables. Potable water and toilets are available. There is a recycling center at this campground. Gold Lake (100 acres, 25' deep) is a popular recreation site in summer and winter. In the spring and summer, this area abounds with wildflowers and huckleberries.

Went to Gold Lake campground arrived after dark. Not a great idea. Didn’t see anyone else. It was a little challenging to find the site. Road was rocky with some holes. But overall it was amazing. Close to the lake and not to close to other campers. Highly recommend.
