Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on June 23, 2023its was a park that i had came to some yrs back but didn't stay but had want to. so i did this time and was happy. The people that work there are all nice even the dog Shadow, thay need to get him a pay check, SO the 1 thing you need to need when you come here is that they ONLY HAVE 50/20amp power so that means you need 50 to 30 if you don't have that it can be tuff for you. With that said you will have a good time the place is big and not many people know about it in the real RV world.

This place is terribly managed. A tree that was rotten fell in our campsite almost crushing a dog and crushed our chair. They offered 12.95 refund then the manager refused to give it after I patiently waited for them to process the refund that never happened saying I waited too long.(2 1/2 weeks) She was rude and very unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here. Poorly maintained and The Artillery fire all through the night is just great too

This is a nice, family run campground. It's quiet with access to the Nisqually river. The salmon were running, so there was extra traffic with fisher people coming and going. The river is beautiful. We used this campground as a home base to visit family south of Tacoma. It worked great. Wifi was good, Laundry was fine. The downside was the $10 per car for visitors.

We really like coming to Riverbend Campground and have been coming the past couple of years at least 2x a year. Really laid back atmosphere we good activities for kids ( big grassy area with a playground in the middle of the campground). Some RV sites have full hookups and most RV sites have at least power/water. Also provides some great tent camping right on the Nisqually River. This is what I call a hybrid park with campers and long term tenants, but everyone we have talked to there has always been nice. The best part is having a huge amount of riverfront access to recreate.
The only minor con is that trains do come by at times near the campground, but usually doesn't bother us at all. We hope to get to come and stay at one of the River tent sites this summer. !!! One of our favorite campgrounds ! We have filmed multiple videos here at Riverbend on our Youtube Channel including a full site by site review for your resource. - Unique Adventurez

We had a great time at this Campground! Site 106 was right on the riverbend with very large yard. Would recommend this to everyone camping in this area.
