Rim Talay is the creation of Chef Ponie Hyman. Ponie realized that Oceanside was the perfect setting for her charming Thai restaurant on Mission avenue, just steps away "by the sea" . In March 2010, Rim Talay opened its doors to patrons looking to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine in a relaxed and contemporary setting in the Townsite neighborhood. Ponie's dishes are meticulously prepared, with NO MSG added.
