Ristorante Antipasti may be the closest thing to an Old World Italian restaurant on the Eastern Shore, and its vast array of honors include nods from the Food Network. The husband and wife team of Binda Dicarlo and chef Fausto Dicarlo opened the restaurant 18 years ago. "We brought a little bit of New York City, Rome and Florence to Ocean City, Md.," the acclaimed chef said. "It was rough in the beginning because people were in a spaghetti meatballs and chicken parmesan rut, but we overcame all that, and after all these years, it is safe to say we have the best gourmet Italian in the city." ...
