Horrible. Just like the Seinfeld episode, they know how to take a reservation, but not how to keep it! They overbooked and we were left with directions to a place down the street late at night with little kids.

We got here early after a very long overnight drive and they were able to get us into a room 4 hours before check in. They had great customer service, rooms were clean, and it was very affordable.
