The Joan of Arc memorial, sculpted by Anna Vaughn Hyatt Huntington and located in Riverside Park at Riverside Drive and 93rd Street, was dedicated in 1915. The 20-foot-tall monument depicts a larger-than-life Joan of Arc (real name: Jeanne La Pucelle) on horseback, cast in bronze on a pedestal of Mohegan granite.
