The Crown Point Light on Lake Champlain at Crown Point enjoys the unique distinction of having been converted from a conventional lighthouse into a memorial to the exploration of the lake by Samuel de Champlain.
Nice little stop across the street from Fort Crown Point. Please be aware that you need to enter through the campground, however, there is no fee to enter if you are only visiting the memorial for 10 minutes or less.
