Writing on behalf of my grandparents;
If I could Give 0 stars I would. My grandmother tripped and fell on the threshold that was not level with the floor, and with no warning sign anywhere around. My grandfather tried to catch her then he fell and hit his head on the corner that was sticking out of the wall. He was taken away via ambulance. When they came back to speak to someone about the incident blood was still on the carpet from my grandfathers head. I have Called to speak with the property manager, Brian Moore 5 times in the past 6 days. Either he is out of office or doesn't return my calls. Would not recommend this hotel to even my worse enemy.
