We stayed in Aug 2016 and the nightly price of $25 doesn't include an $8.25 registration fee to Reserve America.
The campground is also identified as the Dry River Campground in Crawford Notch State Park. It is dry camping, each site is very wooded and has a fire ring and picnic table. There are also two camping lean-tos which can be rented. Roads in the campground are maintained gravel and the sites are gravel.
There is a modern bathhouse with flush toilets, pay showers (3 min for .25), and laundry. The three washers and dryers are all $1 per load. The bathhouse was cleaned at least daily. We had some heavy rains and I think it may have been mopped more than once a day. Further back in the campground are vault toilets. There is water available and a dish washing sink.
There is some road noise. This one of the few negatives of this campground. I also had absolutely no Verizon cell coverage at the campground. There is a pay phone at check-in.
Most sites have privacy. The exceptions are sites 2 & 3 and also sites 12 & 13 which are very close together. These would be nice for people traveling together, but to close for others. Site 17 is probably the only chance for any solar recharging, all other sites are very wooded. I'd avoid site 25 if we return. It's right beside the road, beside the bathhouse, and has a tree in the middle of it.
Crawford Notch State Park is surrounded by the White Mountains National forest. There are many many hiking trails in the area, it's near Mt. Washington, the town of Conway 30 min away has an outlet mall and touristy shops. Tubbing on the Saco River is also a popular activity that we enjoyed.

The sites are level and large with wooded buffers between sites. The check in process was easy and the park rangers were great. Showers and restroom were clean. They have laundry facilities, too. It gets buggy at night, so bring a screen house. The best part was the location. It is in the heart of the best hiking and waterfall viewing in the White Mountains.

Cell: there is very limited cell service; my verizon hotspot did not connect at all. My AT&T was iffy, NO connection without a booster, we had limited connection with our WeBoost.
Decent shower facilities, coin operated at 25 cents per x minutes. We found that 2 quarters was more than enough time.
They have laundry machines (we didn't use, but we saw others using them)
NO DUMP STATION - you have to find a commercial campground that will allow you to dump (for a fee); there is a gas station in Lincoln that has a dumping facility, I think they charge $15.
No electrical hookups.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The sites are not too close together, the restroom/shower facility is good enough, the laundry room was a bonus.

Convenient campground to the trails around Crawford Notch. No hook-ups or dump station. Nice bathhouse with showers and laundry. Dish washing station and potable water available. A bit of noise from the road but may be quieter if the leaves are still on the trees.
