“The best whiskey and craft beer bar in New York”

The owners and employees at The Gibson enjoy working with regular people. It is easy for them to serve regular people since they are regular people themselves. We love drinking whiskey and prove it by selling over 100 styles on our menu. It is also clear that we love craft beer, because our selection of beer both on tap and in bottles is constantly rotating. However, the thing that we love the most is good people – people just like you. That is why our customers have always said that we are the finest whiskey bar in all of Brooklyn.
