Restaurateur Gabe Stulman expands his West Village empire a few blocks north with this French-American from former Ma Peche chef Tien Ho, who developed a menu that's broken down into small, medium and large plates (including a few options for two); the front room features a small bar and newspapers attached to poles for browsing, while the narrow back dining room matches the no-frills aesthetic of Stulman's other spots.
