“southern flavor with New York Attitude”
Mable's Smokehouse was opened in 2011 by husband and wife team, Meghan Love & Jeff Lutonsky. While both pursuing careers in the arts, they decided to change paths and pursue their dream of opening a restaurant. Jeff, having grown up in his mother's restaurants and on his father's cattle farm, always knew he wanted to cook BBQ and good Southern sides. Armed with his grandmother Mable's recipes and a small inheritance from his mom's passing, the two set out to open the Williamsburg BBQ joint.
