“Japanese ramen noodle brasserie”
Ippudo's home of Kyushu is where the Authentic Hakata Tonkotsu (pork bone soup) ramen was born and is what we are, while creating unique appetizer dishes that complement our ramen. We embraced the Inheritance of the old Japanese noodle shop culture of enjoying sake, fish and finishing off with noodles, interpreting it in our own modern way. Our motto: Always a happy smile, positive energy, and create a vibrant, unique and hospitable atmosphere, whether you visit as a group or a single person. Featured on Best Thing I Ever Ate.
