Bluebird Coffee Shop

A lovely little coffee bar on the lower east side of Manhattan. Although not much space is to be found at this compact East Village spot, the coffee more than makes up for the cramped quarters. Counter Culture beans supply this charming coffee bar, while sandwiches and granola are freshly prepared in house. During the summer, this café is particularly lovely, as the windows are thrown open, the sun shines in and locals stop by to chat with the baristas, creating a cool, calm vibe.
