“real-life station... for fire”
Used numerous times during the movie, this real life fully operational Fire Station (Hook & Ladder 8) was used as the headquarters of the Ghostbusters.
There isn't much you can do here other than take your picture but that's really more than enough reason to visit on a trip to NYC. There's usually a decant sized crowd standing around doing their best Peter Venkman impression. If you're not a fan of the movie don't bother, but lovers of Ghost Busters will be in photo op heaven!
Great place to visit if your a ghostbusters fan. The ghostbusters 2 sign hangs right inside.
Yes, it's just a photo op, but as far as photo ops go, it's pretty rad. If it's open when you visit, you can see more memorabilia inside!
