Irontown Pasties is locally owned and operated by John and Lori Cizek. In the backwoods of the Upper Peninsula, there is a small town called Negaunee. Affectionately known as "Irontown" to the locals, we are proud to have named our pasty shop after what our forefathers built with hard work and U.P. Pride.
