At Avo, we believe a balanced, well-rounded approach to health, wellness and food will make you crave what is good for you. We work with sustainable businesses and local farms to source the finest plant-based ingredients in an effort to feed Nashvillians the most healthy foods on the planet.   Our menu is plant-based and does not use processed ingredients. Unless noted, all menu items are free of dairy and eggs. Our chef creates seasonal, satisfying, vegan food. Also unless noted, our bar offerings are organic, biodynamic, gluten-free, and/or additive-free. Our cocktails are designed to pair with our food offerings or stand alone, and cover a wide range of flavor profiles and complexity. We also offer house made kombucha on draft and fresh, house-blended juices.
