What a fantastic place to stay! I went on my trip to Nashville for an interview, and at the time of booking the trip, I thought it would be a great idea to stay for a full week. By myself. For the first few days I stayed in a lonely motel on the outskirts of town that I'd take a bus to and from downtown. I'd be racing to get on the bus before 8pm because I was afraid if I stayed out any later I'd be mugged.

After a few days of being alone with my thoughts, I thought it'd be a good idea to check out Nashville Downtown Hostel for a change of scenery and what a fantastic idea it was! I stayed in an all girls bunk and met three fantastic roommates, one from Holland, one from Long Island, NY and the other from Florida. As cheesy as the tagline "Come as Guests, Leave as Friends" is, it's very true! The hostel is a community and it was such a nice atmosphere! I'm definitely staying again if I get the chance to visit Nashville again! The location is FANTASTIC and the accomodations are also wonderful!

Very nice brand new facility. Staff was okay. Where the rooms are seems like a hospital honestly but the private showers is awesome. Very social in the downstairs communal area. Fun place to stay. Only beer and wine allowed though. Great location. walking distance to everything.
